This include scrutinizing of existing structures and applicable documentation to secure expected points at verification, supporting the legal team to correctly develop new structures in line with the B-BBEE-specific rules (Broad-Based Ownership Schemes, Employee Share Benefit Programmes, Non Profit Companies or any other legal structure that may be required).
